Thank goodness for Miramar! This service couldn’t have come at a better time! I had no idea that there was an organisation that is specific to cabin crew, its really given me some hope.
Unsurprisingly, Covid has put everything on hold and I am furloughed until the end of June. My future continuing in the role I love is sadly very uncertain but I have tried to remain positive and see this as an opportunity to put myself in the hands of fate, and throw myself into potentially a new career. It’s very daunting, but luckily, the experience I have gained from being cabin crew is a lifeline I’m hoping will give me an advantage in finding a job.
That’s why it’s so refreshing to see your business which embraces cabin crew and so positively recognises our skills!
I would like to say a personal thank you for creating a business that I am certain will give cabin crew the confidence to use their skills in other industries. At such a challenging time, it genuinely has given me something to be excited about.
