Miramar Connect are thrilled to partner with Aspect Aviation to provide additional support services for our candidates. Aspect is headed by an Airline Senior Manager and Airbus Captain with almost 30 years experience of recruitment experience and together we can support you with a range of services .
We offer bespoke, professional and effective help for airline industry personnel to help give them the edge in what will be a competitive market both in and out of the flying world.

Resilient Pilot & Resilient Crew
Keeping Pilots and Cabin Crew: Supported. Current. Connected
Established in 2020 in direct response to COVID, Resilient Pilot is a not-for-profit initiative providing a range of resources to support past, present, future and returning aviators.
In 2021 we launched Resilient Crew and extended our support to the cabin crew community.
Our volunteer specialist mentors and coaches provide great operational insights and share their knowledge for free. In addition to this personal, 1:1 support, our other predominantly free resources include #WednesdayWebinar and #TuesdayTuneIn events; and a selection of workshops, resource hubs and competency-based scenarios to help refresh competencies.
Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do, and we believe strongly in encouraging diversity across our industry.
Whatever your current situation it is good to connect with others in our industry during these times; either just to ‘shoot the breeze’, or to seek support and guidance.
We don’t profess to know all the answers. However, Resilient Pilot and Resilient Crew can help you to build and maintain the best resilience possible, ready for future airborne opportunities.

Aviation Action’s amazing team of regulars and part-time volunteers are committed to helping fellow members of the aviation family. We all work in, or are linked to, aviation and can therefore provide excellent support, when and how you need it.
Launched by Chris Wild (Head of Airfield Operations at Manchester Airport) and a team of amazing industry colleagues in May 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time when the industry needed significant support, we felt support was missing for our aviation colleagues. Aviation Action was set up to support the people involved in aviation, from flight deck to firefighters and caterers to cabin crew.
